This site contains proposals for a revamp of present day hurling competitions, with a restructuring of the present formats. We may look to a future with inter country teams in competitions that are based on consistency in the main but allowing for the unpredicted minnow surprise and giving them realistic goals. Here you will find proposals for such changes that are both practical and plausible
